Acharya (Masters) in Vedic Sanskrit

Born into a spiritual family, Acharya Eknathji grew up around the temple and ashram at Varkari Vaishnav Math, Pandharpur, Maharashtra. He studied under M.M. Swami Krishnananda ji of Shree Ganga Darshan Ashram in Rishikesh, living in his presence for some years to study Vedic yoga sadhana, Vedanta and methods of meditation. He holds the degree of Acharya (masters) in Vedic Sanskrit from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar, and has spent years in the Himalayas at Gangotri and elsewhere in meditation, spiritual chanting and yoga.
